Goal11 Terms and Conditions — in plain and simple terms

01 Eligibility Requirements & Registration

To open an account with Goal11, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the country you are playing from.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• All transactions must be made in your own name using your own payment method.
• You may only operate one account and must not manage accounts belonging to others.

Information provided during registration may be verified at a later stage. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other valid identification. Goal11 reserves the right to close any account at any time if false information is found to have been provided.

02 Account Management & Security

Each member's account on Goal11 is for personal use only. It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same email address or phone number.
• To update account information, verification must be completed through support.

Goal11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without cause — particularly where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or terms violations.

03 Bonuses & Promotions Policy

All bonus offers on Goal11 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Any attempt to claim the bonus from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Wagering Requirements: A specified number of bets must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 20x–30x). This is clearly stated on each bonus page.
• Free Spins: Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings earned from free spins.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: If any member attempts to exploit loopholes in the bonus system for unfair advantage, Goal11 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any associated bonuses and winnings.

04 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Goal11 supports fast and secure transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Between 15 minutes and 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Identity Verification: KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method as the original deposit.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Goal11 strictly adheres to AML policy. Accounts may be subject to investigation if suspicious transactions are detected.

Goal11 reserves the right to cancel or correct any transaction in the event of a technical error or incorrect payment. If you notice any discrepancy in your balance, contact support immediately.

05 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

06 Prohibited Activities

07 Intellectual Property & Content Rights

The Goal11 website, app, logo, design, game content, and all digital assets are protected by the intellectual property rights of Goal11 and its associated partners. Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• No content from Goal11 may be republished or distributed without prior permission.
• The Goal11 brand name and logo may not be used without prior permission.
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's code, algorithms, or systems is strictly prohibited.

08 Account Closure & Termination

You can close your Goal11 account at any time by contacting the support team. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.

• If there is a remaining balance at the time of an account closure request, it will be returned through the designated method.
• Accounts closed by Goal11 due to rule violations may not be eligible for a balance refund.
• Once an account is closed, a new account cannot be opened using the same details.

Goal11 also reserves the right to close a user's account at any time for any reason, particularly in cases of terms and conditions violations. Users are generally notified via email or SMS before such action is taken.

09 Changes to Terms and Conditions
